All Class of 2026 students are expected to attend this meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026. The meeting will take place in the UHCO Health 1 Building. Details will be available Spring 2026.

Ceremony & Reception

The Class of 2026 Commencement Ceremony will take place Saturday, May 16, 2026, 2pm at the UH Cullen Performance Hall. Students are expected to arrive between 12:30 - 1:00 pm. Additional details will be available Spring 2026

 A reception will immediately follow the ceremony to celebrate our newest alumni. Graduates and guests are invited to join us for light refreshments as we honor the Class of 2026:

Apply to Graduate

Students need to complete the "Apply to Graduate" function in their PeopleSoft account. This is required for the College to certify your eligibility for commencement and for degree to print on transcripts. Application will open early 2026.

 How to Apply to Graduate

• Log into MyUH
• Click on “Degree Process/Graduation” under the menu in the top left.
• Click on “Apply to Graduate” and follow the steps

Regalia

Regalia is ordered through Herff Jones: https://collegegrad.herffjones.com/. Details will be available Spring 2026.

Tickets

Tickets will be required for all University Commencement ceremonies. Per University protocol, each graduate will be emailed a link to download six (6) electronic tickets – date to be announced Spring 2026. Tickets will be sent to the graduates uh.edu email address.

Ticketing Notes:

• Graduates themselves will not require a ticket.
• Children two (2) years of age and younger will not require tickets.
• If additional tickets are needed, students must enter a ticket lottery. The lottery open and close dates will be announced Spring 2026.

Grad Chronicle Distribution Dates

Students will receive Grad Chronicle emails in Spring 2026. These chronicles include important information that will help navigate graduates in preparing for commencement.
